Sun June - Monster Moon (Official Music Video)

Monster Moon is all about being a bad person. It's about realizing you treated someone poorly because you thought you could get away with it. The video takes that idea to the extreme and follows someone trying to get away with murder. It moves from foggy pine groves to city dance floors, and focuses on the exhilaration of the moment and not the coming guilt. By the end, as "I'm a monster" repeats, light fades on and off faces in the dark. They’re either victims or fellow monsters, haunting you either way.

We shot in Austin and at Bastrop State Park, where damage from a forest fire is still present. Sadly, we felt it was a nice way to illustrate how the past stays with you. Just to be clear, we've never murdered anyone.
